Kim Cremin, MS,
Exercise Physiologist &
Master Pilates Instructor
Kim started teaching fitness in 1993 as a Physical Fitness Coordinator while she was in the Navy and discovered Pilates in 1995 after her first pregnancy. In 1999 she got out of the Navy to pursue a full-time career in the fitness world. Kim is comprehensively certified through STOTT PILATES® & the NPCP. Kim specializes in Injury & special populations, has a Master’s Degree in Exercise Science from the University of NH, and owned her own Pilates and post-rehab studio for 10 years. Kim has also worked for the Military, hospitals, physical therapists and in health clubs & studios. Kim now primarily teaches and mentors Pilates teachers and offers continuing education workshops. Kim loves to be outside and feels a special connection to the mountains- she enjoys hiking, kayaking, traveling and spending time with family, friends and dogs.

Today she mentors Pilates instructors and leads Pilates certification and continuing education programs rooted in depth, clarity, and real-world application — equipping teachers to thrive in an ever-evolving Pilates industry.
