Meet Kim Cremin

Kim Cremin, MS,

Exercise Physiologist &

Master Pilates Instructor

Kim started teaching fitness in 1993 as a Physical Fitness Coordinator while she was in the Navy and discovered Pilates in 1995 after her first pregnancy. In 1999 she got out of the Navy to pursue a full-time career in the fitness world. Kim is comprehensively certified through STOTT PILATES® & The National Pilates Certification Program. Kim specializes in Injury & special populations, has a Master’s Degree in Exercise Science from the University of NH, is a Functional Aging Specialist®, Wellness Coach, TRX instructor and owned her own Pilates and post-rehab studio for 10 years. Kim has also worked for the Military, hospitals, physical therapists and in health clubs & studios. Kim now primarily teaches and mentors Pilates teachers. Kim loves to be outside and feels a special connection to the mountains- she enjoys hiking, kayaking, traveling and spending time with family, friends and dogs.

Kim’s philosophy

Kim is a multi-dimensional health and fitness expert who has been improving lives since 1993. She believes that exercise and setting goals should be challenging yet successful, with steady reliable progress.  Pulling from her diverse fitness expertise, experience and education Kim creates truly customized and effective wellness, fitness, and Pilates programming that will change the way you feel and move.

Kim uses Pilates, functional fitness and coaching to help you achieve your goals. She uses a combination of specialized equipment designed to support or challenge your coordination, balance, strength, and mobility to create a successful and positive movement experience.

She believes in training the body through functional movement patterns that serve your life OUTSIDE of training so that you can do the things you love to do better, pain-free and with a decreased risk of injury.
